Shipping & Returns

To ensure that your order is received in the timeframe advertised, it is imperative that all abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers are provided accurately to ensure timely delivery. We are not liable for lost or misplaced items in the event that an inaccurate address is given at the time of purchase.

Shipping is available to P.O. Boxes, business, and residential addresses via USPS standard and expedited shipping. We reserve the right to change mail carriers at any time. International shipping is unavailable at this time.

Please allow 24–48 hours to receive tracking information. All items will ship within 3–5 business days. All customers have 3 days to contact The E-Family in regard to damaged garments for an exchange or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If shipments from The E-Family are refused, the customer will be held responsible for original shipping charges, plus the cost of reshipment. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Expedited shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. All standard orders may be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a package to be picked, packaged, received by a carrier, and shipped to its final destination. Standard domestic orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders may take up to 4 business days, expedited orders may take up to 3 business days, and rush orders may take up to 1 business day to process. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Orders to U.S. destinations may take 1–12 business days from the date they are shipped out, not including the date the order is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. For U.S. domestic orders, USPS and UPS will be utilized for shipping to most locations. Alternative shipping methods may be selected at our discretion to meet company shipping standards and requirements. Final shipping costs will be displayed at the point of checkout.

Delivery Policy

In the event that your package is lost or missing, you must contact The E-Family within 5 business days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit or reshipment. The E-Family does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported by carriers as delivered; however, delivery will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Claims

If you experience non-delivery or tracking information that states your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact The E-Family within 5 business days to file a claim.

We will work diligently with selected carriers to assist in the completion of claims. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to complete depending on the carrier.

The E-Family does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have a confirmed delivery status.

Reserved Shipping Rights

The E-Family will make every effort to accommodate shipping and billing preferences in order to protect our loyal customers. We reserve the right to require the use of common billing and shipping addresses in the event that we are unable to verify shipping information provided while processing an order.

Additionally, The E-Family reserves the right to limit, cancel, or refuse service and/or orders from customers at any time due to:

  • Excessive returns indicative of wardrobing

  • Potentially fraudulent or criminal activity while shopping

  • Irregular or excessive returns, including but not limited to altered, laundered, worn, damaged, or missing items

The E-Family reserves the right to limit, refuse, and reject returns by any customer or entity due to the actions stated above.
